Join Teri Meissner, Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner
for a one hour led Jin Shin Jyutsu® Self-Help Exercise Class.
Teri will teach and lead a series of simple Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help
exercises to students lying on comfortable padded mats.
Open to all experience levels. Space is limited and reservations are
